it happens with every systems -.- Even computers, my labtop crashed everytime i turned it on, also my PS2(first one) froze everytime i played an rpg games :P Unless ALL systems froze/glitched up, its not microsofts fault, just a minor glitch/problem that they will fix for free

haha thats what they get for fast rushing it to beat out sony in releasing the next age in systems. Puts a sour taste in my mouth just hearing "microsoft" though.

Well, your mostly right. First gen is almost always crap. I came up with a rule I adhere to strictly ever since the release of dreamcast.

Wait 6~12 months after release before buying.

This gives them a chance to fix all the bugs (or most of them) and on top of that you get to see a little better whats going to be on the system, so you dont end up regreting your purchase.

I figure i'd rather be the last to get it and have a working one, then be the first to own a broken one =P

BTW, this problem thier haveing is in spite of the fact that they recalled a butt load of 360's even before the stuff was on the loading dock.

I heard around 70,000 units. dunno how true that number is... /shrug

With the this news and the rumors Ive heard about ps3 saying that once you play a game, you cant play it on any other console, which means you cant rent games/share games and if this is true then Nintendo will be best in my opinion. But anyways anyone know if what I said is true about ps3?

It is true that they are developing this technology. If it does find its way onto the PS3, I might reconsider my purchase of one.

Seriously, though - what did I say about a million times? Do NOT buy a console on it's release date - it's over priced and there's ALWAYS bugs. You should get a console anyways - PC gaming is far better, and hand-helds are gettin' really good (God I <3 my PSP).

Not saying PsP is bad because I love it but there were little problems with it too, like on some the buttons got stuck under since they tried to make it even smaller in a short amount of time.

Just like the xbox's first release? when microsoft denied any bugs in its sytem for months, than made a program where if you had a broken xbox they would have you send it in... I WOULD BET any shipper would probly turn you to the door right now, drivers would be package has been lost before it even gets to microsoft, at this current time....

So this xbox is buggy, is this "media center" a dressed up(winXP GUI) Windows ME?
who remebers the WinME problems of play'n any type of multi-media then it crashed? well that O/S was cheap, maybe thats how there selling this xbox so low, WinME was 50 bucks.

Take off fancy GUI and save your CPUs the trouble, perhaps overheating is the issue, 3 cores right? what the hell is cooling it a 60x60?

and about that clip from the conan o'brian show, why the hell, cant people reboot these things? is there a reset button? c'mon...

according to newegg the drive trays on the first xbox only read v2-5 of the DVD format... I hope the 360 better have better drives if this a multi media platform it BETTER read burned disks.

these kids probly wont see there the defects till Jan 6th (general wear and tare needs to happen)
and G5's... yeah they fixed there problems with intel procesors.

man I hate apple just as much as other companies that dont beta test things first before going to the public... the only glitch I love to watch is, Ultra-Lord #3 with Gender Error 13... yes its from jimmy neutron
